Installation Method
Tailor-made solution
Application condition:
1. Versatile for any strip floating range ;
2. The in-die tapping and the strip do not move vertically at the same time.
Install on a floating plate
Application condition:
1. Strip has big floating range;
2. The in-die tapping and strip vertically at the same time
Suspension installation
Install on lower die plate or uppder die plate.
Application condition:
1. Strip floating height is bigger than 60mm, or transfer tool with robot feeding;
2. Tapping size M0.6*0.2- M20;
3. The tapping machine and strip do not move vertically at the same time or there is no vertical movement.
Installation that not subject to press slide strok
Machine’s driving section is fixed on lower die set, tapping section is fixed on floating plate. The whole machine don’t connect with upper die set.
Application condition:
1. Strip floating height is less than 25mm, there is no fixed production press;
2. Tapping size M2*0.4- M10;
3. Machine’s driving section don’t move, tapping section move vertically with strip.
Bridge-type installation
Tapping machine is install on lower die crossing over the tool and robot system, driving shaft is fixed on upper die
Application condition:
1. Transfer tool with robot feeding;
2. Tapping size M0.6*0.2- M20;
3. The tapping machine and part do not move vertically at the same time
