FOPLC Multifunctional Safety Detection
It is a host device for misfeeding inspection,tap insepction and thread inspection to facilitate proper tapping working. If there are deviations of strip and pre-tapping hole position , broken or missing taps, or abnormal thread forming , the detection sensor will send the signal to the multi-function safety detection host and make alarm, and promptly send signal to press to make production stop. Then operator can make check and debug, so as to avoiding cost loss and increase production efficiency
Position Inspection
To precisely locate the strip, detect misfeeding, and prevent wrong tap position and tap breakage
Tap inspection
To check whether the tap is broken, whether the tapping is proper, to avoid missing tapping
Thread Inspection
If there is high requirement on thread quality, we could add a thread inspection machine with Go guage or No-go guage, so as to eliminate secondary inspection and improve efficiency.
